 Current Room Status: AVAILABLE BOOK THIS ROOM Welcome to Guest Room 3. This room is completely furnished and ready for you. This room is located on the Second floor of the home and is well lit, comfortable and private. Standard room amenities are: New Twin Bed, we supply all bedding "Bed Sheets, Blankets, Pillows and comforters", You do not have to bring your own bedding. End table and lamp, Work Desk, lamp and chair, Dresser for clothing, closet, mirror. This room also has a window. Guests receive a key to their room and a key to the house. Our guests of legal age (18) and older are free to come and go as they please with no curfews. We provide towels for bathing. Bus stop located one block from home and just 30 minutes by bus to University of Alberta campus and Grant MacEwan University and about 35 minutes to the NAIT main campus by Express Bus. It is just a 30 minute bus ride to downtown Edmonton. Room Cleaning Once a week the Homestay Host will clean your room. This consists of the following: dusting, vacuuming, clean linens for your bed and garbage removal. Your Laundry Is done for you. Once a week the Homestay Host will do your Laundry. This consists of the following: Wash & dry your cloths and bedding. Fold clean clothing and put clean bedding on your bed. We do this so our guests can spend more time studying or taking in our Canadian culture and activities. Bus stop located by the home on both sides of the street and just 20 minutes by bus to University of Alberta campus, NAIT, and Grant MacEwan University. It is just a 30 minute bus ride to downtown Edmonton. Minimum Booking for Homestay Room is one month (31 days). If a check-out date is not provided in your application your homestay will only be booked for one month (31 days). As I am a retired Chef we provide all meals so our guest do not have to cook for themselves and can spend more time doing the things they want to do. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Guests must inform us if they will require a meal to be held for them if they will be late returning to the Homestay.
